Junior membership is only $1.00 for youth 18 and under.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Membership dues are accepted by way of cash, check, money order, or debit\/credit card through PayPal payment processing (see below).<br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">NOTE<\/span><\/strong>: Upon receipt of new applicants and dues for membership, the club&#8217;s board of directors will review your application at the following monthly board meeting (that takes place on the third Wednesday of each month). After acceptance you will need to schedule an orientation of the facility with one of the club&#8217;s board members. You will also receive a club membership card, bylaws and gate code, either in person or via postal mail.\u00a0 If you have any further questions or requests regarding the process feel free to contact one of the board members and we&#8217;ll see if we can help.<\/p>\n<h4>There are several ways of applying for a membership&#8230;<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\"><em><a href=\"http:\/\/haywardrodandgun.club\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/HRGC_Membership_Application.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Click here to download the application form<\/strong><\/span><\/a>, print it, fill it out and mail it to:<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left; padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>Hayward Rod &amp; Gun Club<\/strong><br \/><strong>P.O.
